I'm getting different opinions about changing out my stock pulley for my 360R for the 75mm pulley. If I change the stock pulley for the 75mm pulley do I have to do anything else to the motor? Is the 75mm pulley the same pulley that's on the 380R? It's supposted to add 20 hp. I was told that I would have to have it re-tuned, does that sound right?

When you buy the pulley from roush it comes with a fedx box you take your computer out put it in the box send it to roush they do the retune and send it back. it takes 3 days and it will be in your hands to reinstall very easy to do and the instructions are real easy to follow

It is different for the 04 back, you can change just the pulley out on the 360 r without an issue.

I don't know if Roush is still doing it but they also used to take the ecm back and reflash with the 380r tune, this however would require the dealer to reflash the pats code when it comes back.
