Recently the Roush crankshaft pulley on my 2002 360R went bad. Having the extended warranty on the car took it in to local Roush dealer and after checking around determined the crankshaft pulley was bad. They contacted Roush and was told that pulley is obsolete and they don't make them anymore. A car that's barely 6 years old and Roush doesn't have parts for it !!!!!! Roush suggested contacting Stage 3 motorsports and they told the Ford dealer they would make a new pulley but would take 3 -4 weeks. By the way the crankshaft pulley is Roush made and part of the FEAD system. I thought this might be of help to anybody having the FEAD system on their car. Good luck if you ever need to replace it.

Is the issue the rubber bushings? If so Rp has known about this since 2004, I had mine replaced in 2005.

The 03-04 ford cobra pulley is similar and may work.

Those bushings just press out if there is anything left to push out, the issue is finding the bushings!

Is it the crank damper or the blower pulley mounted to the damper?

Yes my guess is it is the one I refered to with the bushings, Roush call's it a PULLEY,Crankshaft drive Rp # G1ZE-6M312-AA .

Known problem is the deteriation of the 3 rubber bushings , they replace the entire pulley when all that is needed is the bushings need to be replaced. However if they are made of the same material as the old one it will happen again at some point in time.
