These are settings for Roush Stage 2/3/427/428 vehicles. I would assume the BlackJack cars are the same as well.
Specified Range:
Camber: -1.50 to -0.50 degrees
Caster: 6.60 to 7.60 degrees
Toe: -0.06 to 0.14 degrees
For those of you that have experienced tire wear, you may want to have your alignment checked by a qualified shop.
