Hey, need advice and insight on what I should throw ontop of the Roush shortblock.

Recently blew my stock motor up with the TVS. Ya I ran it with the stock pullies(12-14 psi) and I knew the consequences. Went out to do a 4th gear pull(for a datalog) on a vacant highway and guess I shouldnt have taken it to redline. Oh well, I needed an excuse to go forged anyway.

Does anyone know if the shortblock is a high quality piece of equipment?

Anyone built one up that could give me some pointers??

My plan is to run about 14-16 psi. Its my weekend cruiser and sometimes short road trips with the occasional night at the track.

Leaning towards the livernois stage 2 heads, prefferably a cam that still has a fairly smooth idle(thinking comp cams stage 2 blower NSR), will do valve springs and retainers too,

I have 3.73's, CHE lca's w/BMR LCA relocation brackets, Steeda adjustable UCA, Dynotech alum driveshaft, steeda driveshaft loop, getting the 8 rib conversion kit. NT555r 305's on rear NT555 255's up front, MGW short throw, Steeda high capacity heat exchanger, Kooks 1 5/8 long tubes and off road X pipe, magnaflow axle backs and brisk one step colder spark plugs.

All insight is greatly appreciated, thanks
