Well, I am such a good wife, I got Jerry an early anniversary present...an HD wide angle GoPro camera for the track. Spent Sunday trying to figure out where to mount it and what settings to use. Just about got it figured out for the first run of the year March 27 & 28.

It has a back that will completely seal it of...but the wind noise is even worse with that one. It is not as bad mounted inside...still trying to figure out the best place to mount it.

Sorry...after 40 years of marriage I have gotten use to him...besides he bought me a P-51 so I think I should stick with him.

Yeah, you probably better. Don't think I could afford to buy ya a new Roush. I was just funnin with ya anyway.

Aint those GoPro's nice.. Mount mine inside on the windshield just right of the mirror, upside down with suction cup, just change the settings so video comes out upright. I too played with the volume controls, only have 2 settings, Hi n Lo. Hi, wind noise is terrible. Lo, you can barely hear anything. I did find that the rechargeable batteries sucked, didn't hold much of a charge. Were good for maybe 1- 20 min, track session. Gonna just go with the Energizer Ultimate Lithium 8X this year. Maybe they'll hold up better. Trying to sell my Wide to get the HD version, but looks like I'll be keeping mine a while longer. Does a great job, just think the HD will have better clarity and after seeing your video, I'm correct.

Expect you guys to post up some video clips of track events.
