I just want to get people thinking about this upcoming summer, I don't know about you but it helps get me thru the winter months. The good news is the Mustangs Northwest Open Track event is back for 2010 at Pacific Raceway thanks to the NHRA schedule change. The bad news is the track event is limited to only 85 cars for the day and will fill up fast... SO my suggestion is to sign up ASAP like myself to make sure to get in on it.... it's only $130 to preregister.
There will be something for everyone with 4 classes available from beginner-expert.
This a great opportunity for the first timer to get out and drive on a road course for a real inexpensive price. Cheapest you'll see anywere, normally a day at Pacific Raceway runs close to $200 easily....
Even if you don't want to drive come out and we'll hook you up a ride with someone in the advanced classes..
In addition I'm already working with a Roush dealer in the area about a scenic cruise on Friday just for the ROUSH owners to a remote location for BBQ and fun.. I hope this works out; the planned route has amazing roads and scenery. In preparation I have already submitted this information to the appropriate folks at “The Club” so they can work it into there 2010 ROUSH event schedule..
The track event is part of the 4-day MCA weekend:
