I am going to upgrade my HP thru Ray Skillman Ford/Roush/Saleen dealer this spring with one of their HP upgrade packages. They've got extremely great racing background and Ford certified mechanics. I'm going with a CAI, JDM reflash/dyno and different under and overdrive pulleys to achieve all this in the TPAK. TPAks have an M90 SCharger. I was wondering what the current under and over drive pulley in the Tpak are --------and what they will likely to be swapped out to to acheive the extra HP. I'm guessing it will go from 435 HP to over 500- doubtful if it hits 550H but one can only hope. Would love to have some feedback from all you hardcore Roush guys- I'm also gonna call the factory and get there 10 cents...........lol Thanks

Roush doesn't change any of the pulley sizes. My personal rule for my car-> If it doesn't say Roush on it I don't put it on. If you start messing with everything you need to cross your fingers on the tune and everything else. I don't know how many times I've been to the track and had to help someone who had added some non Roush parts to their Roush and everything went crazy. My suggestion is that if you want the power of the new Stage 3, get that kit as a package, short block and all. If you crank up the power and don't invest in the bottom, you may be sorry... Another reason to rethink that is that with all that power the car is going to be harder to control on a road course. Trying to lay down that much power with the tires we can put on these cars (even if you upsize them and the rims) is quite a task. I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear but is just my opinion.

Okay, what does Roush make that I could do- i.e. packages etc.......OR, you must be saying the TrakPak is so superbly balance with weight and power- just enjoy the ride....................................Because I just wanted a little more juice coming out of the quarters.....

Read this intersting thread about the peeps you want to get goods from. I'll put a list of kits you can get from Roush.

WOW, that was a wicked ugly thread. I don't have time for all that drama. I'm close enough to take my car personally to Roush and have the their mods ( when you put up the list so I know what the packages are) put on in house- that way- their less chance for errors........4 hours a way. If I make an appointment, they'll probably have it done in 1 day.
I was told by Roush It only takes 5 days to put me in a P51 engine, 6 sp trans set up and upgraded clutch etc...- dialed in to go. I would definately do that if it would make like 600- to 650 horses like the Saleen Extremes do. 510 ponies- a 75 hp gain for 15K is a little thin for my $$$. I guess all forged engines aren't created equal. HOWEVER, having said that- it would all be WARRANTIED BY ROUSH- now make it a 351- and I'll get a number and get in line dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
