does anyone have a 2002 360r with the roush optioned interior. if so could you pls email me pics. im looking to add this option to my 360r but there are 4 diffrent types of interior pkgs there was sport leather stage 3 leather 380 leather and 360 leather. so if some one could send me pics i would be greatly appriecated. my email address is gds612@aol.com

I do have the answer. I answered on the only site you can get Roush tech information. If you dont know what that site is then google Roush and look about 4 sites down.

BTW i was banned the last time i posted links here to that site. Weak.

The 360 R came with 2 options either the standard pony interior from ford or the Roush leather option with the red strip.

There was no color options in that model year.

No. It is true that those seats were still available and were installed in some cars But Roush was offering these now starting in 2002....

I have a 2003 parts Catalog that shows your first picture as available in 2003, now I believe that may have made them available for late 2002.

So I dug out my price sheet from Roush dated 11/18/02 and it shows them as a special order for $1,650.00 at that time.

So it is possible for a late 02 to maybe have them but I think by then Roush was already onto the 380R version.

All the 360R's I have seen have had the ford pony seats as the only models that would look good with the dark charcoal with red stripes would be the red with white stripes.

I can post this info if need be but it will have to wait till Monday as i don't have a scanner at home only work.

I have seen those seats in many 02 Roush mustangs.

Just a little fact.. Similar seats were first introduced in the very early (prototype?) 01 Stage 3's. (notice the early m90's they used)

Those Motor Trend seats don't look like the same ones, the gray does not go all the way to the top.

Probably prototypes like the S/c.
Best advice I can give 360roush is to see if he can get the build sheet for the car from RP or search the vin # on their site to see what it says.

Like I said I believe it is possible the gray ones could be on a 360R wether they were factory installed may be the question.

I know we have 360roushrunner on here maybe they would be able to shed some light on this as they have a white with blue 360r.

We have the standard pony seats, because our Roush was dealer ordered.
At the time we didnt realize there was an upgrade.
We were focusing on the supercharger and brakes, and this was the first one available in our area!

Ok. You really cant designate those as "380r" seats. They also were available in the S2's ans S3's.

Now you can say these seats below are "440" seats because only the 440 seats were stitched with 440A.

However the seat I showed a picture of does have the color schemed middle inset to compliment the gold stripes on this 380R.

Hey Gary! To the board, Gary is the guy that bought my 360R. He's good peeps.

Why guess about seats, when I have the 02' and 03' parts catalogues. I also posted the window sticker that shows the "Sport leather seating system" as an available option. The stickers back then however were, generic stage # stickers. See how my dealer had to write in the model and price, where as the stage components shown are for a Stage 3.
