Hot Rods For Fallen Heroes
This coming Saturday, September 26, is set for another large car show in the downtown Fort Worth area at Montgomery Plaza/Target Shopping Center Lot at 2600 W. 7th Street, Fort Worth, Texas. It is named Hot Rods For Fallen Heroes and is a benefit and memorial for fallen police officers and firefighters. It is to honor and remember those people who lost their lives in the line of duty, those who protected and served our communities. Details of the show are listed below. I strongly encourage you to participate in this show.

Dear Motorsport Enthusiasts and Friends:
It is time once again....
The Cresson School is having its annual Fall Festival this Saturday, October
31, 2009. This is an annual event and fund raiser to support this 100 year
old school site. Activities include:
Halloween costume contest for kids at 9:30 a.m.
Contest for carved or decorated pumpkins at 9:30 a.m.
An excellent BBQ lunch - starting at 11:00 a.m.
Silent auction
Live auction
Live music
The location of the school is across the street from MotorSport Ranch, next to the Post Office in Cresson, TX. Consider stopping in for lunch and maybe getting a deal on some neat stuff.
There are some car related items that will be auctioned off about noon, plus two season passes for the new cable wakeboard lake for next season. The cable lake web site has been enhanced, check out www.wakesportranch.com.
The fund raiser live auction for all items begins at 11:00 a.m. Come a little earlier than that, register for the auction, and get a delicious BBQ lunch while you bid on some of these or other items.
